Development of 17.6 Acres of Site for Pinnacle ART office campus, Pasadena, TX

– Project consists of civil design for site grading, development of drainage system, utilities, access and paving design. The development is slated for Four new office buildings, a recreation center, multiple parking lots, balanced paving with green areas.

– Assessing the drainage elements in the 6.8 Acres of built area, and integrating it with the new design of drainage system with the development of 11 Acres of site.

– Developing 2 detention ponds, inline detention, and outfall into Vincent Bayou.  The design Implements Pasadena City requirements and HCFCD requirements.
