PinnacleART – Office Buildings

iGET is the Engineer of Record for the three office buildings in the PinnacleART complex.  These office buildings have structural foundations with bell-pier and grade beam arrangement.  The wall framing incorporated tall wood studs with shear-wall arrangements for lateral wind resistant design.  The roof design utilized pre-engineered long span trusses.
