iGET is the Engineer of Record for the Civil and Structural Design for the wood framed building with slab-on-grade foundation in Pasadena, TX.

The building is designed with a high roof for providing adequate light for the convalescing patients.  The structural design consisted of foundation, framing with lateral shear resistant and diaphragm elements, roof consisting of pre-engineered trusses, and Structural Integration.
